It's happening....

Amy Barrett will be on the court in the next year.
RBG has missed oral arguments for the first time in 25 years.

After surgery for cancer
I think anyone might need more than 10 days
I had friend who is a little younger who had what was supposed to be laproscopic surgery on her lung earlier this fall
For a “cyst” or something
It was more invasive than they thought because of its location
Very painful and took her while to get back to normal
But she is now
I wouldn’t bet on RBG leaving the court—

The oral arguments are recorded
She can hear it and likely she can get Sotomayor or Roberts to ask any questions she might have...

They can’t even wheel her around and prop her up like Hillary Clinton?

Not the first time. She's been napping on the bench when she's supposed to be hearing oral arguments for over 10 years. She's a miscarriage of justice.

I'm sorry, the woman is not physically or mentally able to carry out her duties any longer. She should step down.

She only needs to hold on until 2024.

Indeed. She can't even move around inside the court without breaking bones.

She misses one argument in 25 years, so its time to replace her. Is that pretty much your thinking here?

Are we going to replace "Kava" is he catches the cold?
