so they have been in the news, does that mean they are correct? Of course not. How much have we seen and read lately that has been proven to be lies, taken out of context or misquotes? How about the gentleman that claimed to be a Nam Vet and the kids, because they were catholic got raped over the coals for being pro life?How many jumped to support the guy without knowing the facts? that is just one example.

davis, cohen lawyer, cited tweets from trump. it's up to subjective opinion whether you consider the tweets an implied threat or not but you can't argue the existence of those tweets.
If he's truly threatened, what does buying time accomplish? I can see why he'd want a private hearing in such a case. I think Cohen is laying it on as thick as he can to get back at Trump.
