Cliff Sims, who worked in the Trump WH, and just wrote "Team of Vipers," was on Joe this morning. He related a pretty amusing story about Conway, and it does seem to indicate she leaks a lot.
Sims was having to clean up one of her leaking or lying screw-ups, and he was working on Kellyann's laptop while she sent messages on her iPhone.
Kellyann, being the high tech genius she is, did not realize that her messages were flying across her synced iMessage on her computer. Ironically, she was continuing to send info to journalists while he was cleaning up her prior mess.

KellyAnne was hand picked by the Mercers in exchange for campaign donations to Trump. The billionaire Mercers gave large donations to Trump and he owes them favors. Part of the initial deal when they agreed to fund Trump was that Trump hire KellyAnne and Bannon, as both of them are megaphones for the Mercers. If Trump loses KellyAnne then he might lose funding and support from the Mercers. Swamp.
When Mr Trump’s campaign began to flounder, the Mercers intervened, recommending he hire two of their long-time associates — Mr Bannon and Kellyanne Conway, now counsellor to the president. The Mercers’ $25.6m was not the biggest political outlay of the presidential campaign, but the father and daughter ended up closer to power.
It’s quite telling when Trump inspires so little confidence and loyalty pretty much everyone left in his circle who hasn’t quit or been fired is suspected of being a mole.

It's an ironic twist of fate. Trump got Kellyanne, and the Mercers got a bomb that blew up in their faces.

Well, it's hard to stay loyal to your boss when it's apparent you won't last more than a year in a job that was supposed to be more permanent. The constant churn of hirings and firings takes its toll on every employee.
When the guy you work for gets fired, and then his replacement gets the axe, it's only natural to think you may be the next to fall. And when you start thinking that, you will either start scrambling for more job security or start hunting for a better job somewhere else.
I think both are going on aplenty in the White House. A staff position is never expected to last more than 4 years there, but those who take those jobs usually see them as an upward step in a career. Not now, though.

As much as she lies, KAC is far from stupid. I’m sure she sees Individual 1 for the moron he is. KAC being the leaker makes total sense and would be a sweet twist in the story.
