Both sides of the political spectrum have issues with this.
However, it's good to know that we can agree about some things, regardless of politics, when evidence overwhelmingly shows that a fake hate crime has been committed. Victims of real hate crimes will suffer because of this heinous act.
She was very determined to get it to pass. It passed the Senate in December, stalled in January, now suddenly Jussie is the "victim of a modern day lynching" and bam! It's pushed out there again.
All coincidence, I tell you.
It's really looking like they were going to try and groom him for a political run in the future.
So, it was only 'Trump fans' who thought this smelled like rotten fish from day 2, 3, 4 after it hit the media? If that's what you think, I'm 99% sure [not 100%] you didn't discuss this case with non-Trump fans or even a few anti-Trumpers. The inability to smell is called anosmia. Anyone who didn't smell this as a hoax must suffer from anosmia.

I don’t think anything will happen to Jussie. It will just quietly go away. And now he had a ton of publicly and his fans will stick by him. Would he really be dumb enough to pull a hoax like this and risk ruining his career? Is it possible this is a bigger conspiracy and he went along with? Maybe under a stifling contract. It’s hard to say. I do think his interview on GMA was phony and I don’t believe him but why would he risk everything with such a far fetched story?
