Sexual repression really turns people nasty! So much name calling from our OP.

Sounds like utopia.
You guys haven't really been taught how to handle money, have you? Millions, billions, trillions, Brazilians...it's all about the same to you.

Have you ever analyzed why you use a vulgar sexual reference in every single post?

I admire the Duggars. 19 children is quite a blessing. They seem like very nice well-adjusted kids.

Apples to oranges.
Really? How is Samaritan functionally different from insurance? Other than no surprises with Samaritan?

It’s cost-sharing. Cost-sharing is not insurance.

See, here's the thing: the word "sex" is not vulgar. Most people with healthy sex lives and sex-positive attitudes are okay with it. I get it, you let someone else control how you think/act, and this entity has impressed upon you that sexual desires are somehow intrinsically shameful without procreation. You've been sold a pretty pathetic bill of goods by most normal people's standards. Sad, really. It explains a lot of your anger.

Well adjusted kids molest underage girls and have accounts on websites for married cheating? (Josh).

I was 22 when I was denied health insurance on the open market due to minor preexisting conditions, including conditions I had as a child. I was 23 when I was diagnosed with stage IV cancer that cost more than $400,000 - billed to the insurance I was lucky to have received through my employer - in less than 6 months.

What on G-d's green earth does that have to do with money management? What does not being able to afford treatment for mental health related issues, diabetes, or other managed care have to do with handling money?
