If the needs overwhelm what is available to pay, there is no guarantee. It is not an insurance company that is subject to law and oversight. You can be out of luck. They say they will try to help, or may do this or maybe this will happen, but there is NO guarantee of any of that. It is unregulated.
BTW, for being a Christian, you sure throw around some very un-Christian words. Calling people liars and such.
