I'm not sure what kind of war you can start against Agnostic but I think it's fair to say most fall under this category.
Didn't you hear? The Supreme Court has already ruled atheism a religion, as per my OP. And I don't want your atheist religion forced on me by the government.

Conservatives are so stupid it is sad.

Here is some homework for you, "What is the purpose of the secular-state?"

And for that matter, "What was the purpose of the Christian state?"

And if you have time, "Why did capitalism and democracy conquer the world?"

Only when you can answer these questions in a non-retarded way, can you ever understand the world, and why you are going to lose.

The SC doesn't synthesize faiths.

They've also declared that General Dynamics (and other corporations) are humans.

Legalese twists language.

Now you know.

A 2/3 majority of both the House and Senate gets the ball rolling. Then 2/3 of state legislature must agree to ratify the Constitution. Good luck with that.

There are thousands of brands within Christianity. Many of them claim their way is the only way.

The most moral person I've ever known is my wife. She is Atheist. She doesn't promote it, or preach about it (unlike you), or in any way try to force her ideas on others (unlike you). How is the government pushing Atheism? I would like to here more specific details to back up your accusations.

To people like Cheesemont, doing anything other than declaring Christianity the one true religion, is "pushing atheism". He should really move to a theocracy if he truly believes the idiocy he posts.

The Church and the State are the same thing. A secular-state is necessarily antagonistic to religion. Just as Christianity is necessarily antagonistic to other religions.

I like to refer to religion as a "primitive-state".

Where the state is weak, religion is strong. Where the state is strong, religion is weak. In the absence of the state, religion becomes everything. It regulates behavior, provides social-welfare, and guarantees justice. That is both true for Christianity in the past when states were weak, and for the Muslim-Brotherhood in the Middle-East and Africa which are often in a state of practical-anarchy.

If you want religion, abolish the state. If you want the state, abolish religion. Every socialist has known this for nearly 200 years.
