The woman’s a space cadet to put it politely. A wall is too expensive but updating every building in the country, abolishing air travel, building rails across the ocean and the rest of that platform is certainly doable.

In many ways, AOC is to the Dems in 2019 what Sarah Palin was to the GOP in 2008:
Fresh. Vocal. In-your-face.
With a heaping dose of pu$$y pass thrown in for good measure.
Of course we all know that the late Sen McCain picked her as a calculated risk. And when the world saw what a bona fide bubblehead Mrs Palin was, it blew up in his face. She became a laughingstock and eventually faded back into obscurity.
I see a lot of similarity here with AOC. She's currently enjoying her proverbial 15 minutes while she can because she's still something of a novelty and 'new'. And so is trying to milk it for all its worth. It won't be long before the reality of her being a delusional airhead with a smug disposition and people tiring of her (which some apparently already are) and she too, will drop off the front pages and go back to some mundane office job.
She's a freshman uber liberal congresswoman from an uber uburban, young, uber liberal small congressional district thousands of miles away from me. She represents who elected her.
We applaud the conniption fits she's causing fear ridden, bombastic, right wing nut jobs.
We are laughing our heads off at her.
And now...... She's deleted her "green deal" from her website. There's no way you are going to polish this turd including conjuring up the mythical "young progressive" boogman. They want good jobs and a great economy too. The things that Trump is delivering to them.
But people try to "polish a turd" or "put lipstick on a pig" every day with Trump.
So, hey why not try it with person who is actually doing some work rather than watching cable tv all day?
Trump is delivering criminals, by way of his employee's indictments, self-enrichment by abusing the Constitution, involved in corruption, money laundering and abuse of power. That is why he is at 40%. He is not popular and he is corrupt. Plain and simple.
AOC will be in Washington DC long after Trump departs, voluntarily or not.
