The only legit complaint I could see is if Person A wrote gave their number to Person B and Person B is underage. Whether or not Person A knows Person B is underage is another story.

So person B throws it away.
I'm trying to figure how this napkin is "creepy" but online dating sites where you deluge your personal and sometimes intimate information to strangers with the opportunity of hooking up with someone you have never actually seen is not "creepy".
I dont see what the big deal is. Not like you have to. Not like people havent been doing that for decades.
Thats what I thought too, Ive seen this happen numerous times, napkins are just a convenient thing to write your phone number on, I dont understand why they used the word 'creepy' either, thats about the most un-creepy way to exchange contact info imo.
If it is not done through technology today, people think it is weird. Don't like it, don't write your number down, don't give it to someone. How is it creepy if you just choose not to do anything with it? It is as if inanimate objects now control people. Don't like the statue? Don't look at it. Don't like the tv show? Don't watch it. Jeez.
Oh, help, please, the napkin offended me. Ooooh, I'm scared.
