Democrats in California wasted 3.5 Billion dollars, of American tax dollars on a now failed bullet train. It was one of Governor Moonbeam's corner stones of saving the planet by going green.
Problem, give a bunch of Democrats lots of money and mayhem usually ensues. It didn't work and they were forced to cancel it. So now Trump wants the money back.

I was really hoping for that train...dam you California ******* for being so stupid and then just giving up.
My modest proposal for California is to show us how it's done...charge a 60% income tax and give similar benefits as the Nordic model you crave...just do it.
California should demand back the money spent on the treasonous south..
