Law professor Harry Littman, who previously served as a U.S. attorney, stated that because discussions between lawyers don't fall under any privilege, Manafort attorney Kevin Downing has put himself at risk of being compelled by Mueller to divulge everything he has told Trump's lawyers.
And that the exchange of information between the two legal teams may have been criminal.

What purpose other than an attempt to ‘influence, obstruct, or impede’ the investigation of the president can be discerned from Manafort’s service as a double agent? Mueller could also subpoena Rudy Giuliani and force him to testify under oath about what was passed between the two defense teams. Now THAT would be great theater!
Well if all these Trump guys are subpoenaed they could all take a lesson from the Dems and just plead the 5th as so many have done during investigations into wrong doing and the Senate panel will say "ok" and they will pack up and go home.

But this poster can't resist using a meaningless "maybe" to announce the 4,739th prediction in two years, that Trump's presidency is doomed.

Predictions will come true in the next few months. Mueller will most likely put out his report in January or February. Can’t wait.
