BTW, what part of the constitution says the President cannot issue an EO?
We are talking about emergency declarations, not executive orders. Obama did make several emergency declarations, but not one was an end run around the congress, which has SOLE power over authorizing spending (appropriations.) In not one case did Congress under Obama refuse to spend on something Obama wanted, so he went ahead and declared an emergency so that her could authorize the spending himself.
What Trump is trying to do is take that power away from Congress, the definition of a power grab.

Congress has the sole right to change and make immigration laws also but Obama bypassed them so it's the same thing. I already posted that the DAPA that Obama implemented was later determined to be unconstitutional so why the double standard for Trump by you lefties? As a matter of fact, it's merely your opinion that Trump violated the Constitution by declaring a national emergency the court has yet to rule on that.

Great point. Hypocrisy is OK with some people when it suits their purposes.
