The amount of media attention that this lady commands is something else.

1st year Freshman with a couple of years of bartending under her belt.

Yes, Seriously. Are the Dems that desperate for a rising star among their ranks now that the shine on Elizabeth Warren has worn off and Joe Kennedy the third never took off?

Then again as the saying goes the squeaky wheel gets the grease and AOC has certainly been squeaking loudly.

If AOC was old enough would they be encouraging her to run for the WH now that the position has been reduced to a popularity contest?

To claim that AOC is a hypocrite is like saying snow is white.

She is not commanding it, the Right-Wing is giving it too her.
I don't see her name anywhere outside of here and Republican "news" sites. She had a small blip with that green deal but its no better than Paul Ryan tax policy, just paper until legislation gets written. The Amazon push back seem more organic to NYC and affected areas than her influence.

In fact, i still don't know what everyone is worked up about, Bernie Sanders literally ran on the same platform in 2016, really little difference.

I guess the Elephants (the Party and media, not necessarily the voters) need a new target since the bash Schumer and Pelosi train didn't work in the mid terms. You don't have Hillary and Obama in on the front pages to bash anymore. The President does his own press and you cant get in front of Trump because he may pull the rug out and change his mind in an instant.

I wonder when republican politicians are going to realize that the same issues that make Liberals cry for higher wages and taxes are the same reasons conservatives in red states are hurting. If Republican applied conservative principles across the board and stop making acceptations for their Cooperate overloads, they would still have the house. Oh and put a muzzle on the president would be helpful too, in fact I don't care to have any president who is constantly on twitter or in a camera. The 24 hour news cycle + social media is wearing the public out, maybe a 1 week timeout at least.

Comedy Central, Stephen Colbert, the premiere of Showtime’s “Desus & Mero, etc.

You are crazy if you believe she doesn't also seek out the limelight.
