Depends on who the reporter is. I also enjoy listening to many of their broadcasts

You've got to be kidding. NPR participates in deliberately orchestrated Left-wing fake-news conspiracies, like the publication of this article in August 2017:

I used to listen to NPR all the time years ago at work and on the weekends but now just on the weekends for the entertaining shows they have. They really got to be too much for me and my Right leaning politics. When Obama was President all they did was praise him and trash Bush, McCain and later Romney during the election cycle. They presented human interest stories about gay Muslim men and their struggles to the point that I wondered if there were any interesting stories about Americans to be shared. They also had many stories about the poor people in Middle East war zones and their struggles to survive the daily dangers of death from terrorists but mostly the US military.

NPR is very biased and nothing but a shill for the Lefty agenda.

They are so biased that I don't think they should get funding from tax payers.

Considering their one sided reporting, all federal support should be stopped.

Considering that the president is a negative prig, maybe there really is no bias, just fact.

That article is over a year old. After that article appeared, Trump signed a huge spending bill that left intact funding for NPR and PBS.

When nearly everything the president does is negative, that's what gets reported. Don't shoot the messenger.
