And the ambulance is obvious. Owner, guests and staff can all get ill or have an accident and there may well be a 100 people involved. Epstein may well have an EMT or even an RN or nurse practitioner on the staff. May contract with a St. Thomas operation to provide helicopter ambulance service.

Perhaps. But perhaps not. Probably good records on anyone flown off the island but young females are not illness or accident prone. And I would suspect the Feds have been all over Epstein comings and goings from his island which leaves a paper trail. I doubt though there is any record other than vague pilots logs.
Basically the staff may well be able to place people there. But their age and what happened with them will not be known. No one but perhaps intimate staff will know who massaged who. And anyone who admits they facilitated under age sex has a problem of their own.
