I'll give it to her everything she said was factually accurate, and Frankly motivating for young people around the country. I wonder how conservatives feel about what she said, and what was wrong with it? Peep the source too. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/oca...minorities.amp

She has the gift of gab. Her bottom line is if you work, everyone succeeds meaning we will take from the earners and give to deadbeats.

I prefer the term "optionally-inactive Americans."

There are numerous threads on this site alone that are a testament to the extend to which conservatives are triggered by AOC. When it comes to making conservatives angry, she is a true master.

DNC chairman, tom perez, said on "the bill press show" last year:

"I have three kids. two of them are daughters. One just graduated college, one who is in college - and they were both texting me about their excitement over Alexandria because she really – she represents the future of our party," Perez said.

the democratic party's future is democratic socialism, according to perez, and Alexandria is the face of that future. She was on the cover of rolling stone with Nancy Pelosi, arguably the 2nd most powerful person in Washington, just a few weeks ago! whether one disagrees with her or agrees with her, she is NOT an inconsequential person in politics.

I hope she is given lots of rein and many prominent platforms to espouse her views. I don't want her silenced. she may be the best spokesman the republicans have for getting trump reelected.

Nancy Pelosi is feeling left out with AOC and Omar, the new conservative favorites. If one of them crosswalks a street there will be a thread. Such tremendously powerful freshman congresswomen.

AOC's biggest fault perhaps is that she fundamentally doesn't understand people in general, and Americans in particular.

I used to be one of those high earners that she seems to detest. I only got where I did through hard work and more sacrifices than most are willing to make, and my starting point was lower middle class blue collar. My decision to retire early and live off of what I had accumulated was in large part because of people like her that saw people like me as the enemy rather than as the person supporting them. I grew tired of being told I should pay more in order to support those who aren't willing to do anything to help themselves. I decided to just walk away and stop feeding the monster. I have more than enough to see me through my remaining years and the takers have one less person to take from.

AOC will cause others to walk away in the manner I did and she will cause businesses to offshore their headquarters and much of their operations too.

Fascinates me that Democrats don't want to talk about well.... Democrats.

In fact they seem to get quite riled up about it. (though they stay riled up over something)

A lot of you seem to have a problem distinguishing between "power" and "notoriety".

The amount of threads about her are in response to what is written about her in the media. If she wasn’t the darling of the media there would be no threads.
