The problem isn't idiotic candidates. but an increasing proportion of idiocy, naivete and manipulability among the electorate; we need to require stronger educational standards, including a high school education and reasonable competence in English, before the privilege of voting is extended.
Nothing AOC said here is any worse and NOT as bad as Trump's American Carnage Inauguration speech. Trump raised being a moron to an entire new level and the GOP has tried to make being a moron OK---the new normal.
Would someone please explain why it is ok for the president to bash American and all of its institutions nonstop, but if anyone else criticizes anything about the US--here it comes--pour on the outrage. It rings very hollow.
She needs to find a way to be more effective in proposing and supporting legislation that will make a difference. The Green New Deal is not a good example of this.

So they want to silence the opposition. Not very tolerant, nor inclusive, huh? They are also fine with curtailing Free Speech, by calling anything they don't like "Hate Speech" to be banned. The modern day Bolsheviks are no different than the Bolsheviks of old. They follow the same playbook, believe in the same principles, and want everyone to be as angry and miserable as they are. They believe in using racism as a tool to divide and conquer. They believe in speech and thought control, so long as they are the ones in control of it all. A sad bunch indeed. America is so much better than that thankfully!
