The Obama administration completely corrupted the DOJ on their watch. It is not too late to re-open this matter and to get this right.
Lisa Page: DOJ blocked 'gross negligence' charges for Hillary

Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page testified last year that officials in the bureau, including then-FBI Director James Comey, discussed Espionage Act charges against Hillary Clinton, citing “gross negligence," but the Justice Department shut them down.

Newly released transcripts from Page’s private testimony in front of a joint task force of the House Judiciary and Oversight committees in July 2018 sheds new light on the internal discussions about an investigation into Clinton's emails. This goes back to the FBI’s "Midyear Exam" investigation, which looked into whether Clinton committed crimes when she sent and received classified information on her unauthorized private email server while serving as secretary of state.

Well, more proof that the Obama administration was the most corrupt in history.

We all knew the DOJ was not going to apply the law to Hillary.

So, if there is merit to the case, what has stopped the DoJ from revisiting the charges in the past 2 years?

Could it be that the reason the DoJ "shut down" the charges because the evidence wasn't there?

Because the law is not applied equally to liberals in positions of power.

Government groups like the DOJ, FBI, and others became politically weaponized under the Obama Administration. Bureau of Veterans Affairs and others that had little "glam" factor for liberals languished. It's why liberals/Democrats were panicked when Trump managed to win the election--their corruption would no longer be protected and ignored, and in many cases it would be discovered.

Lisa Page and Peter Strzok are just two of many individuals who conspired to undermine the United States. They should be tried for treason--crime of conspiring against the government. They are just plain horrible people. Or better yet, send them to Venezuela. They can go live out the rest of their days there.

One does not go after a Presidential candidate and ex SofS without an iron clad case of vast import. There is no claim of that. They were trying for a technical violation. And all that is actually quite impossible for some one with the authority of a SofS over classification.

So the FBI big wigs disapproved of Clinton's behavior. But for a card carrying Republican operative like Comey it is simply impossible on such a technical violation.

And I still think Comey should have at least been fired for his discussion of the Clinton security stuff. He directly interfered in a Presidential election where he had no right to do so.

Had Hillary been a Republican she would be in jail this very moment.

Nonsense. Nobody will ever nail a cabinet officer on that kind of flimsy garbage. Makes no difference whether Republican or Democrat. Go after a heavy with their authority and power on a technical violation you are going to lose every time.

You will not get one removed and jailed for speeding either.
