We need more than Trumps appointed AG’s interpretation. He may very well be accurate but to be fair we need congress to review the entire documentation. Tell me would you feel the same way if this was Eric Holder, I don’t think so. Trump said the entire report should be released, he should be held to his word.
Certainly you remember 1998 when Janet Reno reported to Congress the findings of the investigation in President Clinton and no Report was released.
There was never any proof of Al Capone's illegal activities either, outside of tax evasion, but everyone and their mother knew the deal with him.
If someone walked around with a blood stained shirt and hands and repeatedly exclaimed to anyone who would listen, "THERE WAS NO MURDER, NO MURDER! MURDER IS NOT A CRIME!! Anyone who says I murdered anyone is a liar, there is no evidence!! You would not find it at least a tiny bit suspicious and investigate if you were a law enforcement officer?
