Would Nadler send a criminal referral naming A.G. Barr to A.G. Barr if he did what Nadler wants him to? Which is to break the law.

He would do that very thing, IMO.

A.G. Barr should charge Nadler and the democrats with a conspiracy to break the law and official abuse of power.

Democrats prefer a narrative of a sinister cover-up, Nadler just averts his eyes and pretends the rules on grand jury testimony don’t exist.

“Judiciary Democrats demanding unredacted material that Congress does not, in truth, require and that the law does not allow to be shared outside the Justice Department," Collins said. "It’s unfortunate that a body meant to uphold the law has grown so desperate that it’s patently misrepresenting the law, even as the attorney general has already demonstrated transparency above and beyond what is required.”

Its reasonable to expect the same outcome. Precedent is set. What goes around comes around.

Napolitano went on to further criticize Barr for saying Trump had been exonerated on the charge of conspiracy, stating that the DOJ wasn’t “in the business of exonerating the people it investigates” and the Mueller report “revealed “127 communications between Russian agents and Trump campaign officials in a 16-month period.”
“That is hardly an exoneration,” he added.
The judge, meanwhile, said it was ironic that House Democrats now claim the attorney general violated the same obstruction of justice statutes that the special counsel found President Trump violated.
“This is a gravely serious charge against the attorney general of the United States,” he declared. "Attorney General Barr's prosecutors regularly prosecute defendants for doing what it appears the attorney general himself has done."
Oh well if Yahoo news says it, it must be true. Is that right ?

Actually Napolitano is just another political and legal commentator and there are many more like him and some disagree with him all the time. He isn't the last word on anything in politics or the judiciary.

After the last 2 years with Nunes requesting classified documents from the DOJ the republicans are now worried about upsetting investigators, that’s rich.
