You can’t. Stop smoking whatever you are smoking.

May I recommend what I sometimes do?

Find a comfortable place & re-read 'The Catcher in the Rye by J.D.Salinger ... or anything by Kurt Vonnegut ... or ... or by someone else personally simpatico ... & breathe.

Buy a piece of property out in the middle of nowhere, build a tiny house, live off propane/solar, hunt, fish, forage, grow a garden, etc. Maybe move to Alaska?

Yep. 6-8 weeks of preparing to stay warm. And 44-46 weeks of trying to stay warm.

Even in Wyoming we tell those who dream of living off-grid in the mountains, they'll have two months to prepare to stay warm and ten trying.

But there are some okay jobs that afford people alone time. Cow camp cowboy. You get a cabin, food for the summer, shown where the pasture boundaries are, and you have to keep the cattle healthy and safe. Quite a bit of skill involved.

Or taking readings from pipeline, or other, gauges in remote country. Bounce on two-track roads all day. Rarely see another person. Email in your data. You'll see things in nature other people have no idea exists.

Those are just two jobs of many for people who like solitude.
