Incidentally, Kris Kobach is being considered to replace Kirsjen Nielsen at DHS. Love the guy. He is on the advisory board of the We Build the Wall organization.

Kobach told Breitbart, “The threat I propose is one that actually helps us if we follow through on it. That is the threat of ending remittances from the majority of people in the United States from Mexico who are here illegally,” adding “they don’t want to risk losing that massive flow of foreign capital. In most years, it’s their second biggest source of foreign capital.

and they will find a way around this too...if they can smuggle drugs and people into the country they will do it with money also.

I recall this was a tactic the Obama Administration was using. They were going after Check cashing places that cashed checks and wired numerous amounts of money to Mexico and other South American countries. It is effective, but tough to enforce.

I wonder why Trump doesn't target Texas and Florida lawmakers who won't do E-Verify?

This is what I have been advocating for years. Tax the crap out of money heading south. 30% tax on every dollar sent south.
