Then what do you really want? A law passed requiring all pregnant women to give birth? Violators would be charged with murder and if convicted, face up to life in prison or death?

This will stimulate the low-information crowd of right-wingers, who won't even be aware, when the courts throw it out.

banning abortion only causes women to suffer..the rich will simply go behind closed doors as they used to and then lie about it...lets drive women back into the closet...please..this is a tough world one cannot legislate good moral behavior and families

It's all smoke and mirrors to get the evangelical vote. Of course, Trump proves that they don't have to go to all this trouble.

We have hundred of thousands still waiting to be adopted. We really don’t need to add more unwanted children. I have no idea why the focus isn’t more on them.

We Declared Independence, with The RIGHT to LIFE, Liberty and Property, so we could all be Happy.
Where in the Constitution, does it authorize the Federal Government to have any say in abortion, much less Healthcare in general.
Sounds like a 10th Amendment issue to decide.

This bill (if held up by the courts) will definitely make couples take pause to think about the consequences when having sex, or maybe not.
