Their entire strategy for the next Presidential election currently seems to be let us get an old white guy to complain about another old white/orange guy for winning last time.
Where is their vision for the future of a country whose economy is doing well with jobs bring created and not having declared war on anyone else for a while.
The Democrats need a plan and a candidate to deliver it.They don't seem to have either at the moment.

They will run on putting forth four concepts:

1) The other side is racist and anti-Semitic
2) We need to put the interests of illegal aliens ahead of Americans
3) We need to get whites to hand out money to blacks because someone else's ancestors enslaved someone else's ancestors
4) We need to bribe people for their vote and hence we will promise free health care, free college, student loan forgiveness, guarantees income for people unwilling to work, and a minimum wage so high that it will put people out of work

Result: Trump wins.

Several of the candidates are campaigning on Single Payer Healthcare (real single payer, not the ACA); which is desperately needed in this country. That's a much needed vision

All results pulled out of your buttocks.

And on healthcare, not free. Single payer is funded by taxes. Several other countries make it work, no reason we can't

Where's the money going to come to pay for that? We would need another $1,000 a month per American to cover the costs.

Should we just say that poor people pay nothing, lower-income pay $500, and everyone earning over $50,000 pays $1500? We'd be back to where we are now with Obamacare, where middle-income people can't afford health care.

Canada uses a VAT (a federal sales tax, called the GST) and higher income tax rates, especially on higher earners.

Everyone pays the GST, so everyone pays in something

OMG, leftists do not understand basic economics. Funded by taxes, you say? Where is the money going to come from for that humongous new financial burden? We'd have to raise everyone's taxes to the tune of $1000 a month.

And the other countries that made it work STILL have problems, and have a fraction of our population, and are not actively working for an additional 100,000 illegals a month to come in and stress our financial system further.

Bolded is false, I explained in another response how Canada's Medicare (the name for their single payer system) is funded

They have no Economic, Job creation program.
They never talk about how to curb abuse of China Trade.
They just criticize peace talks with North Korea.
How about programs to keep fuel prices low since that fuels inflation.
What are you going to do about Interest rates.
Tax brackets going to be raised ?
Inheritance taxes increased ?
How many people are enough crossing the border.

Democrats never talk about what they are going to do to put people to work and allow people to put food on their OWN table.
I don't want free stuff.
I don't want to pay off the loans on money YOU borrowed. Why don't you pay off my car loan.
I'm not a racist or deplorable.
I don't owe you money because 200 years ago there was slavery.

So it's not free. The cost of goods go up, and people pay more in taxes.

And if you can follow along.....try.....that's what we have now. But instead of subsidizing the cost of premiums for low-income and making middle pay inflated prices to make up the difference, we will exempt the low-income from the tax hike and make middle pay up the buttocks (I'm just sticking with your classy imagery) to make up the difference.

It is no different than what Obamacare stuck us with.
