I read the article. It doesn't matter if his daughter is a US citizen. There is no law that says he can't take her to Mexico with him. I reread the article thinking I missed something. Nowhere did it say he wasn't allowed to take his daughter with him. He was picked up on a Monday and deported on a Wednesday. He had plenty of time to say he was taking his daughter with him.

Misdemeanour or felony. Both equally a crime regardless of severity. People claim these people are law abiding. I get a huge chuckle because a criminal act was committed by crossing illegally, a criminal act is committed by taking up illegal residency, a criminal act committed by obtaining unauthorized employment.
