As I stated in a previous post if we change our healthcare system to a socialized system. It’s inevitable Our best and brightest will no longer go into the medical field. They’ll just pursue another lucrative career—-it’s called human nature.

The link is related to medical research and breakthroughs rather than healthcare systems, in terms of the top ten list in the link all but two of the countries now have universal healthcare systems.

Having a good university system, strong pharma, biotechs and technology industry backed by investment also helps.
