If you want to sell them your guns go ahead. If a private arms manufacture wants to donate/sell weapons to them for their cause, fine, their business.
No taxpayer money should be involved in any of it.

The best thing would be to fully stay out of it. I would like to see Maduro go, but the current administration is only helping his cause with all the saber rattling.
