For some reason I just can't get very excited about the opinion of an ultra-right wing blogger with no training in the sciences and sponsored by the infamous Heartland Institute - a conservative think tank dedicated to dissemination of fake climate propaganda.
If you want to waste your time with make-believe, go for it. Don't expect the rest of us to share your enthusiasm, however.
It's not an article based on science.Did you read it? I did. It's just simple observation.
Most of the content is about people in countries, that have implemented laws based on climate change/global warming, being fed up and fighting back against outrageous costs based on those laws.
They believed the hoax. Then it started affecting the bottom line for regular folks. Sorry, too late. It's in the system now, and those in power will make them go through Hades to remove anything associated with it.
The article is right. People are growing tired of the Chicken Little, the sky is falling mentality.
Al Gore predicted in his "Inconvenient Truth" movie that the ice caps would be melted, polar bears would be extinct and fish would be swimming through city streets that are now under water. Well it hasn't happened yet so he had to make part 2.
We have politicians such as AOC telling us that the earth will be all done in 12 years.
The fear mongering is ridiculous.
I do believe in climate change as a natural occurrence in the world and I do believe that mankind is affecting it but no where near the rate that the politicians and their hand picked scientists tell us it is.
I also believe that we should think globally and act locally. If we all reduced our waste it would help. If we all promoted renewable energies it would help. The Green New Deal that some Democrats were behind is a ridiculous proposal but maybe we can implement bits of it that will help.
People are becoming weary of the constant grinding of Climate Politics just as so many of us are becoming weary of the constant attacks on our President.
I wonder what we would do with our lives if we didn't have the constant negativity that our elected pile on us?
Don't forget that the ****bag shortly thereafter bought beachfront property, openly showing the entire world that he was lying and laughing at anyone dumb enough to believe him.
I, by the way, have no doubt that there is some climate change due to greenhouse gas, but it is OBVIOUSLY a small and manageable problem, greatly exaggerated by leftists watermelon socialists (green on the outside, pink in the middle) and "scientists," some whom have been caught with pants down managing data, looking for donations and grant money.

The yellow vests have rioted and burned buildings in Paris over a relatively small gas tax associated with the hoax.
As part of the AGW predictions, they estimate that gasoline prices in the US will have to rise to $49 per gallon by 2030 to help "curb the rise" in CO2!
Now if a relatively small gas tax in France resulted in riots, what do you think will happen to this CO2 nonsense when gasoline prices rise to $49 per gallon? They will be hanging libs from the street lights.
The AGW lunacy is amusing...................... until it starts really hurting the middle class. When all this nonsense really starts to hit people in the pocketbook, suddenly the appeal of AGW will fall apart, even among liberals who will not be able to afford to heat/cool their home or pay for gasoline.
A joke is a joke, but when the AGW hoax hits people hard in the wallet, it will die.
Climate change is "global warming" rebranded and it allows a greater hedge when these hucksters are proven really wrong like they always are. It is all a scam to have you pay more in taxes, for them to get rich, and for these so-called "experts" to feel like the smartest person in the room. People like Al Gore are worth hundreds of millions of dollars because of all the lemmings out there believing this tripe. He and other "experts" are laughing all the way to the bank.
As always with the threads I start, I would like people to comment on the content of the article and the content of the thread rather than attacking the source or attempting to make character assassinations against the author. Thank you.
The article states "global warming skeptic Doug Ford was elected as premier of Ontario."
The article then states, "Australian Prime Minister ... Scott Morrison, announced reducing energy prices and improving reliability, not fighting climate change, would be the government’s primary energy goals going forward."
But in reality Prime Minister Scott Morrison wants to combat man-made global warming, and the Prime Minister just "launched a new climate change policy, pledging $2 billion for projects to bring down Australia's greenhouse gas emissions." http://lethalheating.blogspot.com/20...2-billion.html
Then the article states, "Australia’s environment minister announced the country would continue using coal for electricity and expand coal mining and exports" (implying the environment minister is a global warming skeptic.)
But in reality Australia's Environmental Minister believes technology improvements in the next 30 years will be enough to combat Australia's short term coal use, and she believes Australia will meet their future emission reduction targets (the Minister believes in man-made global warming, she only disagrees with the carbon tax.) https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-10-...g-bow/10354604
Then the article states, "In Finland, climate change policies became the dominant issue in the election, support for climate skepticism surged. The Finns Party, which made the fight against expensive climate policies the central part of its platform, gained the second-highest number of seats in the Parliament. The second-place finish was a big win for the Finns Party and its skeptical stance."
But in reality the Finns party is a group that wants a progressive tax system, higher capital gains tax rates, a wealth tax, energy self-reliance, and support for nuclear energy.
As Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison says,
"It's important to have a balance in your emissions reductions policies. You've got to have the cool head as well as the passionate heart. Our Government will take, and is taking, meaningful, practical, sensible, responsible action on climate change without damaging our economy or your family budget."
They've upped the ante and now demand it be called the " climate crisis". But still there's no crisis and no solutions other than to pick people pockets and make obscenely wealthy people even richer.
