What are they going to do if he doesn't show up? Pound Sand? Kick Rocks? Will they hold a vote to find him in contempt of congress? Will they criminally refer him to William Barr?

Congress cannot prosecute anyone and Don Jr. is a Free Man. Not Congress's property.

Interesting.
He won't appear either. Dims can go fraught themselves. The end.

Ya. You are no ones property until accused of a crime. Congress has no prosecutorial powers.
If Don Jr. was employed by the Federal government, you may have something.
It is a privilege for a private citizen to be questioned by congress. They cannot put a gun to your head if you are a no show.

I thought you wanted full transparency besides there is nothing for him to hide since the Trump family is innocent unless of course he lied in prior testimony. About 10 investigation s still in progress we will see.

Congress can only make it political, not criminal.

No comparison. The Trumps far out-do them in their bad actions.

Do you imagine that only government employees get forced to testify?

There is that word "forced" Freemen don't get "forced" to do a damn thing they don't want to. That would be tyranny. You would be property.
They can't even force Barr. What makes you think congress has any power to "force" a private citizen.
Damn, Marxism is at the doorstep.... We will FORCE you!

Funny that many don't know, they have to consent to be governed by another person, or it would be Slavery... Bondage.

So I guess when McConnell states "case Closed" he was just joking. It appears Donny Jr will be appearing and this is not over, he was only peripherally aware of Trump Tower Moscow, does anyone believe that.

Quote:
Donald Trump Jr. also told Senate investigators in 2017 that he was only “peripherally aware” of his father’s efforts to build a Trump Tower Moscow in 2015 and 2016, in the midst of his campaign for president.
But Mr. Cohen said that he had told the younger Mr. Trump and his sister Ivanka Trump about the project “approximately” 10 times.
