Trump Organization on Downhill slide

A business like Trump's is all about the cash flow. They are highly debt-leveraged and live off of the skim. They need to service that debt.

Fewer transactions affect their income bigly. A 30% drop in revenue could be more than a 100% drop in dividends.

Well, as long as Trump is president the taxpayer is Trump's salvation. I wonder what Trump will ask from Putin or Xi behind closed doors. Trump is not shy about getting money from suspect sources.

Trump Tower apparently has 42,000 square feet of space it can't rent. Condominiums are selling for losses. This is in the hottest real estate market in the country.
