The court's unsigned order means that students in the Boyertown district will be allowed to use the bathroom or locker room aligned with their gender identity.

The Boyertown policy allows for transgender students to use those facilities on a case-by-case basis.
More right wing heads exploding?

From the article:

"When transgender students face discrimination in schools, the risk to their wellbeing cannot be overstated — indeed, it can be life threatening," the lower court opinion stated.

It's life-threatening to not use a bathroom you want? THAT is considered a life-threatening situation? "If I can't get the stall I want at work I think I'll kill myself?" THAT is the mentality that is pervasive today.

Tell me again how transgenders aren't mentally ill?

Bu but ... it's the bathrooms fault. I couldn't get the toilet I wanted so I had to kill myself. Because I am perfectly mentally fine. These people need major therapy. Not bathrooms.

And the kids that DON'T want opposite sex kids in their bathroom/locker room? Have no rights whatsoever.

Some of you seem to really be interested in inspecting the genitals of the person urinating near you. It's....a little odd, not gonna lie.

I don't want to see the genitals of the person in the next stall.
