I find it interesting they don't complain about employers who hire illegal immigrants. That is where the problem is coming from.
That's false and you know it! Over and and over in here we have said we want e-verify mandated and the employers who knowingly have illegal aliens working for them fined and jailed and whatever other legal means we have to shut them down.
The exchange above illustrates the difference in thinking between liberals and conservatives.
To liberals, it's about what FEELS right. There's no consideration given to consequences.
To conservatives, it's about looking at the entire picture and factoring in the costs and impact. Encouraging illegal aliens results in more of them, and it hurts Americans who pay the costs - in more ways than one. To working class taxpayers in particular, it hurts their schools and their children's education, negatively impacts their housing value as the illegal aliens group up 15 or more in a SFH, raises their property taxes because the local schools need more money for ESOL classss, more teachers in general, and free lunch programs. To the elderly, who are often relegated to sub-standard Medicaid facilities, money that could be used to improve conditions is diverted to paying for illegal aliens. To lower income people, it's about losing out on jobs that go to illegals willing to accept less.
In summary, liberals go with feelings. Conservatives go with a full analysis, and go with reason.

Also factor in Illegals increased strain of the criminal justice system, health care system, welfare system.

No, it's about not aiding and abetting foreigners trying to crash our border illegally by leaving food and water out for them "beforehand" while they continue on their journey to do so. Just calling them plain ole people is a great dishonesty.

Absolutely! Search out my numerous posts doing so along with other anti-illegal immigration conservatives who have said the same thing. However, not all illegals are coming here to work and those people need to be prevented from getting into our country and dealt with also.

Separation of church and state. the Bible has not a thing to do with enforcing laws. At least it shouldn't.

Once again, this isn't about giving water to someone, legal or illegal right in front of you who is apparently dehydrated or dying of thirst as most of us have no problem with that. It's leaving food and water out for them before they even reach that stage so that they can continue on with their journey to violate our border and immigration laws. Why can't you and yours decipher that difference? That latter is aiding and abetting.

You don't have to be a Christian to have empathy and not want to see people die of thirst or hunger.
Most people wouldn't want to see that happen...no matter what their religious beliefs...or even if they have none.
There is just a tiny bit of human compassion and a tiny bit of empathy required.
