This is actually a serious issue that has plagued the female black population for decades. It first started with the military and then spread to the private sector.
Basically black women are required to straighten their hair instead of leaving it as their natural curl, in order to fit with the dress code. The straightening process is expensive, time consuming, and a big hassle. Basically, in order to work, they have to drastically change the way they look in an unnatural way. The black community has been complaining about this for over a decade.
I'm glad somebody is doing something about it.
And it's no surprise the "If You're Sick just Drop Dead" crowd is unfeeling as usual.

As long as it dont stink. Give us an example that someone is treated unfairly because of hair. I’ll start
All for it. Don’t try to force others to make unhealthy decisions because you cannot accept other peoples’ natural features, religious practices etc. As long as the style is clean and neat, there should be no problem. Pay attention to your own life.

Is it legal to discriminate against women who dye their hair blonde or bleach their hair? I would love to be able to do that. It's like a disease these days.

The above post is a perfect example of right-wing childishness.
First raised an issue that he/she has no clue what's about but raging with misguided outrage. Then post some irrelevant and stupid video in an effort to save face after being called out and presented with the real issue.
Is it any wonder the right-wing is such a joke?
