The wins just keep coming for Trump. Now Federal Prosecutors say there will be no new charges against Trump after his last win proved he's done nothing wrong.
Could it be because those involved were granted immunity? Could it be because of the OLC a sitting president can't be indicted? Could it be as Mueller explained in his report that evidence was preserved for future indictments, oh I don't know, like say for when a crooked president leaves office?

Or it could be the Barr became Attorney General and he called a halt to the investigation.
Yay!!!! I'm proud of my corrupt, immoral president and I celebrate the failure of those with morals and a sense of propriety who tried to hold him to task!!!!

So much winning for Trump and this country not to be indicted! I feel all fuzzy inside considering that the previous administration had such few investigations they had to cover up! They obviously weren't doing it right
well if derschowitz is right then why should they since there was no crime?
Quote:
Conversely, esteemed lawyer Alan Dershowitz repeatedly argued there was never actually a case against President Trump. “The president doesn’t break the law if, as a candidate, he contributes to his own campaign. So if he gave $1 million to two women as hush money, there would be in crime. If he directed his lawyer to do it, and he would compensate the lawyer, he’s committed no crime,” he explained to MSNBC last year. “The only crime is if a third-party, namely, Cohen, on his own, contributed to a campaign, that would be a campaign contribution. So it is a catch-22 for the prosecution. iI they claim that the president authorized him to do it or directed him to do it, it is not a crime for anybody. If Cohen did it on his own, then it is a crime for Cohen but not the president.”
Is this what a "win" means in Trump-speak? To escape an indictment only because the DOJ will not indict a sitting President?
Nah, winning is the part where after that happens they get to constantly lie and gaslight the true nature of the results because they know most of Trump's base is willfully ignorant and incapable of reading large documents on their own.
Flynn's case keeps unravelling too. Mueller is going to have a lot to answer for and going to look pretty bad when he takes the stand next week. The Dems know this and are trying to figure out how to protect him.

It will be interesting to see who really asked the hard questions that seek to reveal aspects of complicity and lack of followthough on part of the DoJ/Rosenstein and Barr that helped protect Trump
And who just ignored the real questions of Mueller’s report and only put out more pro-Trump propaganda
See how many of these questions you think Mueller could really damage Trump and Barr and others if he gave truthful/complete answers...
Personally I think some of them are great questions but Mueller likely won’t offer anything that clarifies the split between himself and Barr on charging the President
