Mueller has to be extra careful not to divulge any information that might be already in the hands of SDNY DA who'll be waiting with police with handcuffs the day after the inauguration of Biden/Harris/Warren in 2020. He could screw up their case on the orange buffoon and doesn't want to botch up the case. Just my opinion.
He doesn't need to watch it; his lawyers do. I care not at all whether he watches it, but I can't imagine him NOT watching as it, as he will need it for his twitter comments.
Sentence structure is too complex and words too multisyllabic for his limited intelligence. If he watches, he won't understand.
The Dems are getting all giddy over what Mueller is going to say. Just like they were all drooling over the Mueller report finally nailing the POTUS. I bet that they’re going to be highly disappointed once again.

NEW YORK (AP) — President Donald Trump is insisting that he won't be watching former special counsel Robert Mueller's upcoming congressional testimony.
Mueller's report did not find sufficient evidence to establish charges of criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia to swing the 2016 presidential election.
But the report did not clear Trump of trying to obstruct the investigation.
Maybe not but I’m willing to bet Trumps lawyers will be.
