One can never criticize the actions of a black politician in America- to do so would be "racist"!
This is the lunacy of the left and their "racist" notions, as they cannot treat and accept a black politician like anyone else. If Trump had said the same thing about a white or Asian district, would you call it "racist"?
Liberals are the biggest frauds on the planet and transfer their own personal insecurities and thoughts upon others. Libs feel minorities are inferior to them, and thus are not held to the same standard. This, of course, is actual "racism" and the libs reveal their heartfelt beliefs with these thoughts.
The Democratic Party continues to alienate the “silent majority “ and independent voters. You cannot win a presidential election with out a solid platform that is popular with the majority of voters. Calling any criticism racist is not a platform that will defeat Trump.

There are constructive ways Trump could have made his point. There is a general problem with Democrat run inner cities: they're policies tend to push middle class families to the suburbs and after a couple decades it resembles a third world nation being 1/3 rich and 2/3 poor with no middle class. That more or less describes almost every Democrat controlled central city. And yes, much of Cummings district is a disaster even by third world standards. But the way Trump called out Baltimore and Cummings doesn't help the situation.
There are also terrible places in Red States and counties that overwhelmingly voted Trump that would never be called out the same way. Instead, those places are told they are victims of the 'War on Coal' and the heroin epidemic is the fault of pharmaceutical companies. In reality both problems of inner cities and poor Appalachian towns is a combination of bad policies and people not taking responsibility for their behavior.

Oh please. Trump didn't say anything that Bernie Sanders didn't previously say about West Baltimore.
The only difference is that Trump called out the race huckstering Elijah Cummings over it. A person who has sat in DC for more than 30 years and hasn't done a damn thing about it. A person who is making a point of making the lives of illegal aliens at the border better than doing anything for American citizens in these rotting inner cities run by Democrats. Trump hit him right in the nose where he needed to be hit. Elijah Cummings deserved it too.
That's the point. And the only defense by Democrats is to say. "You Rassis"

Trump tweets and Mcconnell burying bills that would prevent Russia and others from interfering in our elections are continuing to alienate voters as well.
