You cannot ban anything until you dismiss the 2nd. Would you prefer they use .308 with some recoil instead?
They aren't using SKSs and that is the only modern rifle that uses a "clip" besides an M1A and a few other variants, all not being used in mass shootings. The more you anti gunners spout off about things you don't know anything about....
The reason they are using them is they are more terrifying, hence the term terrorism.
