Biden doesn't do well outside of very very scripted and controlled places. But he apparently still loves to grab women as he did here. Then he yells at her "Don't Mess With Me Kid". What contempt.
To be fair, she was looking for a gotcha moment, then whined about it. He reacted improperly, and as seasoned a politician he should have not grabbed her, nor made the comment. They were both wrong.
