BTW, black teens are probably safer in Arkansas than Chicago.

Black UNDERCLASS types tend to be more violent than anyone else in the Black population. Rest of the Black population, not so much. And even with higher rates of violent crime, that is no excuse for that woman to pull a gun on those boys. Anyone who would try to justify that is a sick, morally bankrupt individual.
Many inner city blacks due to their..flash mobs..knock out games..wilding..gang violence...and sheer violent inclinations unfortunately have created a bad image in America, of themselves..so many people are rightfully wary of them...and should be. Until they stop, society at large..will be wary and fearful of them. Especially when they are in packs. If u see a large black of black teens gathered anywhere in America...be careful...and keep to yourself.

The key word here is "inner city". This incident was not in the inner city, and those kids were no hood rats. That woman had no reason to pull a gun on them. The violent kids in the inner city, they are in the inner city. That is no excuse for what that woman did.
That was my whole point. Yes, there are violent black teenagers out there. The boys involved weren't violent. That woman had no reason to pull a gun on them. I see her as the violent one in this case.
