So here you go:

1. Donald Trump had the legal right to declassify this photo
2. This photo reveals surveillance methods and capabilities to our adversaries and will damage national security
3. The law gives the president the legal right to act against the interests of the United States

Putin must have a TON of stuff on Trump because he does Russia's bidding at every turn. Its scary the amount of damage that Trump has done to our nation.

Laughable. You say it's against the interests of the USA and our friends. Who are you? Some internet guy. Did you consult with our intelligence agencies about this? Our allies? Who informed you that this picture was a security risk? Ya all made it up is what this is.

This is the highest resolution sat photo ever viewed publicly.

It gives away our capabilities.

How can you not understand this is bad?

Yep, back to that orange god-king complex again.

Calm down and stop with the histrionics.
Just because they are declassified doesn’t mean they can’t be dangerous. Right?

I am not a Trump fan at all but I have to believe this was not an accident, that Trump cooked this up with the CIA or somebody smarter than he is to put Iran on notice that we are watching them in high-res. For one thing there is a piece of the image that is redacted which would not be done for Trump's eyes but more likely done before they had Trump tweet it.

Depends on if how it was released. If he asked for an unclassified photo to release and this is what they gave him, well, not really his fault.

You don't know what and our allies discussed concerning this photo. You know nothing about it except the fiction you are selling that it should not have been released. This photo gives away nothing, lol, every major nation can photo anything like this. This was most likely a warning sent to Iran in connection with our intelligence agencies & the military.

It's not that "I don't get it" it's that you are guessing about the use of the photo & its purpose.

They didn't give it to him, he took a picture of it in a briefing document with his phone. That's what the flash in the image is.
