There are so many questions I have after reading this, but the fact that it has taken 18 years (and that, according to the link, CIA documents confirm that he was waterboarded 183 times) is just mind-boggling to me.
If that is “KSM” the article discusses, I have it some pretty solid sources that that guy they are holding in Guantanamo ain’t really him anyway. But let’s see what happens. My first impression is why the huge delay.
