When we start having millions of illegals coming through our Canadian border we will build good physical barrier there also. In the mean time the big gaping hole is on our southern border.
Circumventing congress is exactly what Trump is doing. Congress refused to have tax payers pay for his glorious wall so he circumvented them and took money away from the military. Actually congress voted to cancel the his emergency declaration but Trump vetoed it and the Republican lemmings in congress wouldn't strike his veto down. Bunch of traitors.
Wait a minute..when congress voted down allowing the dreamer program 54-45, Obama went against their wishes and give dreamers all the benefits of citizenship using an Executive Order.

We ought to be concerned about all the negative things that impact our society and who said we aren't concerned about gun deaths? You're grasping at straws now.
Keeping illegals out of our country is not a one size fits all solution. No one is saying that the wall is the total solution but it certainly should be a part of it. We need e-verify, denying their kids birthright citizenship and benefits and good physical barriers to prevent them from getting into our country in the first place. Better to deter them at the border than to allow them to get into our country where they are much harder to weed out and more expensive to do so. Criminals, terrorists and the drug runners aren't looking for jobs and benefits here either, thus the wall. Maybe it's you that should "think" and without your biased agenda clouding that function.
Likely other arms of the military have similar assessments that tell the truth about how Trump’s thefts are dangerous in various ways
Whether they allow them to be released so the Armed Services committees have something to fight with is difficult to say
Trump is so retaliatory that the people who had access to the AF report are likely going to face punishment
Whether THEY released the info or not
Trump is vindictive and the acting head of DOD is a real sycophant
Anyone who thinks Mattis would have allowed this deprivation to happen works for Trump
