Actually, you give another good reason to pull out of the market - capital gains tax. That capital gains tax will be based on the 2020 rate before Warren's inauguration. Better then than later, after she (or any other Dem winner) jacks it up.

That's EXACTLY what a lot of people in this country want and are demanding.
And sooner or later, given their sheer dogged determination, will probably get it. If nothing else, by force in a 'strength of numbers' thing. Right or wrong, the Millennial generation feels like it's been royally screwed over economically. Just wait till you see what they have up their sleeve and when that retribution gets enacted once they ascend into power. The Boomers and probably older Gen X'ers as well better hope they are dead or 100% self sufficient by then.

Evil Boomers like Bill Gates, Jeff Bezzos, and the predecessors will pay for their misdeeds. Millenials will take the lead and come up with new concepts and Innovations like recyclable glass bottles, paper bags, 1 small tv per house hold, getting rid of battery polution, a permanent phone on the wall instead of a new smart phone every year, renewable energy sources like Hydro Elecric power.
