It is not ok for a sitting US President to press foreign nations to investigate his political election opponents. Anyone who thinks otherwise debases the founding principles of America.
It will be up to Congress in the impeachment investigation to determine whether the president's conduct is clear violation of the law. I believe they will find that it is.

Well, to be fair, I don't think there are any crimes or any level of evidence of those crimes that would change their minds, so that's a pretty low bar.
Anyone continuing to excuse away his crimes and improper behavior is completely brainwashed by loyalty to this guy. It's as simple as that.

The "transcript" involved informal notes of the conversation. It wasn't a full recording.
