Let me see if i got this right. Biden gets his son a job in the Ukraine, trump and his followers consider this major corruption on Bidens part. Trump gets every one of his familly members jobs and also calls the Ukraine head of state to ask for favors that being to dig up dirt on Biden. The house views this as illegal and commences an impeachment inquiry. Am i missing something?

There's no evidence Joe Biden got his son a job in the Ukraine. Hunter Biden may have used his father's name to help get him the position, however. Joe Biden put pressure on Ukrainian officials to fire a prosecutor who wasn't doing enough to root out corruption in that country. There's no evidence or accusation that Hunter Biden or the company that he worked for was involved in any corrupt activities.
Trump cut off military aid to Ukraine a few days before he called the Ukrainian president. When he calls he asks for the investigation into Biden, and asks them to work through Giuliani instead of the State Dept, in violation of protocol.
Trump basically tried to force Ukraine into colluding with him for election purposes, using restoration of aid as extortion. That's why he'll be impeached by the House.
