House Democrats, kick-starting their impeachment inquiry into President Trump, subpoenaed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday, demanding he produce a tranche of documents related to the president’s dealings with Ukraine.
Why do you say that? Even if the Dems lose the election, their supporters know they had to do something. They had to throw a speed bump in Trump's way to get him to at least slow his corruption down just a wee bit.

In the world I live in his deeds raise to level of sedition.

I have seen plenty of sedition on this forum, from all kinds of people.
But Schiff is doing his constitutional duty as a member of an equal branch of government.
One can no more accuse a member of congress of sedition for claiming a president is corrupt than one can accuse a president of sedition for claiming congress is corrupt. No one is above the law.
In other words, the president is not the government. He is an employee of the people of the United States and is answerable to them, just like any congressman. Discussing the censure or removal of any member of the government (of any branch) placed in a position of trust and failing, is really a duty of patriotic citizens. The constitution makes provisions for the process of removal.
Encouraging or attempting to bring down the structure of the government would be sedition, or even treason. Advocating the undermining of the constitution the government is founded upon would be sedition. Demanding an accounting of the actions of any member of the government (president, congressperson, judge) is to be expected in a republic. Our three legged stool of a government was designed for exactly that purpose.
and here we go...a subpoenea parade....that goes nowhere!!
