Naturally. They want an opportunity to destroy his credibility before he can testify. They'll do the same afterwards, of course, but it won't be as effective by then. These are the people "running" the country. Pathetic.
I somehow get the feeling that your reaction is very biased, and you might feel differently if the shoe were on the other foot - and if someone were blowing the whistle on Obama or Hillary, you might be singing a different tune.
If Obama or Hillary did what Trump is doing, I'd say go for it. Although Hillary was never president, so not sure how that fits in. If anybody abuses the office of president for political gain, Dem or Rep, they should be impeached.
The identity of the Whistle Liar should be exposed as well as the alleged first hand liar.
Are you suggesting that the memo/pseudo-transcript is a fake? It was released by the white house and matches the whistleblower complaint. The white house and the whistleblower are in complete agreement on the content of that phone call, so what is the 'lie' you are yammering about?
