With evangelical Christian Trump supporters now more openly threatening violence and civil war if he's impeached, should we actually call this what it is; threats of Christian terrorism? Why should an uprising by right-wing evangelicals to take over the government and impose their version of Sharia Law be considered anything different?
Civil War is two-sided and nobody on the left is seriously threatening it.
Furthermore, it doesn't make sense to me why so many people are willing to resort to violence to defend Donald Trump when he'd only be replaced by Mike Pence, an actual Christian who will still give them their anti-abortion and anti-gay SCOTUS justices and will continue most if not all of Trump's policies.

Violence and war. How many times have we watched the left and Antifa attack trump supporters?
Liberals, "We will remove a lawfully elected POTUS because we're upset we lost."
Conservatives, "That will potentially start a civil war."
Liberals, "Look how violent you Christians are."
You still get your anti-gay and anti-abortion SCOTUS justices under Mike Pence. Most if not all of Trump's policies will be continued. Hopefully a Pence administration would end the trade war so we can get back to a working economy and avoid a new Great Depression.
Trump has done plenty that is impeachable. It's just that middle America doesn't want to hold him accountable because they view it all as insignificant next to the "sins" of abortion and homosexuality and the supposed moral decline of our society.
Remember, every post from him is about Evil Christians, that want to bring us back to the 50s, Trump bad, Pence worse
That is pretty much the platform of the Republican Party.
The 1950s were the golden age of society, gays belong in the closet, women belong in the home, public school children should learn about Adam and Eve and Noah's Ark in Earth Science, etc, etc.

The VAST majority of people, including church goers overall, have little to no interest in gay/trans issues until someone wants their daughter to have to change for gym class with a boy who thinks he is a girl. Being in Oklahoma is skewing your perceptions badly.
I’m not religious and it would be easy to talk me into it.
