The three had ended up at a White Castle after trying to go to a strip club at 3 a.m. and finding it closed. A fourth judge went into the White Castle, while Bell, Adams and Jacobs stood outside.
Two men in the passing vehicle, Alfredo Vazquez and Brandon Kaiser, parked their car after the gesture from Bell.
Bell and Vazquez traded further insults. A physical altercation ensued among the four men, with Adams and Vazquez allegedly hitting and kicking each other as Jacobs and Kaiser wrestled on the ground. Kaiser then allegedly pulled a gun and shot Adams once in the stomach and Jacobs twice in the chest
Nothing good happens at 3AM. Morons. The 2 dudes that shot the judges are going away for 10+ years if not longer.
The judges may have died for their stupidity.
I doubt they lose their judge-ships, they're not the ones firing guns and can easily claim they were not the instigator considering that well...they didn't stop the car, get out and start shooting.
Still, dumb move on their part.
Whenever I was out in a shady area or late at night (rare that it was), I always took it cool. Even if I knew I had a physical advantage, I knew that some fool with nothing to lose could always go *lower*.

Very dumb. Their suspensions aren’t too long but they definitely broke the judicial code of conduct. They are lucky to be alive.
Bad judgment on the part of the judges to walk around at 3am. but how many of us made really bad choices once or twice or dozens of times and never had a problem? I did too many stupid things in my life, and was never 'caught', to even count them.
One bad choice can ruin a life, reputation, or career. Just one. some of us were just damn lucky to never pay the price for our bad choices. these people weren't as lucky.
