Republicans love to say how they hate environmental regulations, especially on this board. There isn’t an environmental rule or reg they would not get rid of if they could. Free these industry from these laws and we will all flourish. Well here is place you can all go and reap the benefits or weak or no environmental regs. This is Republican paradise.

I am being somewhat facetious here, but ultimately this is what we would be but for our own environmental laws, rules and regulations. Rules and regs that Pubs want to gut.

Officials have implored the people of New Delhi to stay inside, indefinitely. Five million children in India’s capital have been handed face masks. Everyone is to keep windows closed. Contrary to the most fundamental medical advice, the city’s chief minister urged residents this week to “avoid outdoor physical activities.”

News images seem cut from an apocalyptic outbreak film. One of India’s holiest rivers is covered in toxic foam that looks like white cotton candy. Midday visibility is like a foggy dusk. The air reportedly causes people’s eyes to burn.

Please. And you wonder why we don't want our tax dollars going to a ridiculous global climate conglomerate? How about they start with their own $ before requiring help from us.

Doesn't it make Republicans feel proud that the Moron in Chief has removed the United States from the Paris Climate Accord?

Give industry unrestrained ability to pollute as they see fit. A Republican paradise indeed.

That's exactly what your leader is trying to do, and you, by extension, are giving him the ability to do so. You should be ashamed, but you know not what you do.

What tax dollars going to what global climate conglomerate?

Unlike its predecessor, the Kyoto Protocol, which sets commitment targets that have legal force, the Paris Agreement, with its emphasis on consensus-building, allows for voluntary and nationally determined targets. The specific climate goals are thus politically encouraged, rather than legally bound.

Why would you, of all people, ask me that?

Here's another hack assertion by a socialist.

If conservatives don't agree with every socialist's preferred environmental policy, they say you want dirty air and water.

Develop some people skills.
